Carrot Cake Smoothie

Tastes just like a slice of carrot cake! Except it's much healthier, of course.
Ingredients

medium sized carrot
1
banana
frozen
2
tbsp
cream cheese
2/3
cup
milk
1/3
cup
yogurt
¼
cup
walnuts
½
tsp
cinnamon
¼
tsp
ginger
2
tbsp
instant skim or whole milk powder
optional
1
tbsp
honey
Instructions
Place all ingredients in blender.
Turn on low then slowly turn up to high speed.
Blend until smooth.
