steel cut oats

milk of choice
dairy or non

maple syrup

chia seeds
Instructions
Stir together the steel cut oats, milk, and maple syrup.
Place in fridge to soak overnight.
In the morning, stir in chia seeds.
Allow to rest for a few minutes.
Top with fruit and nut butter, as desired.
