Lemon Pistachio Butter

Ingredients

lemon juice

canola or olive oil
2 ½
cups
pistachios
shelled
Instructions
Place ingredients in high powered blender or food processor.
Blend according to your machine's manual's page on processing nuts.
The mixture will start out chunky but will smooth out into a paste.
Be careful not to overheat your machine!
