Sesame Chicken Rice Bowl Recipe

A sesame walnut sauce elevates humble rice, chicken, and veggies to superstar status.
Ingredients
Sesame Walnut Sauce

walnut halves
1/2
cup
canola oil
1/4
cup
sesame oil
1/2
cup
water
⅓
cup
nutritional yeast
3
tbsp
vinegar
3
tbsp
soy sauce
2
tbsp
tahini
or sesame seeds
2
cloves
garlic
Rice Bowls
Leftover cooked rice
Grilled chicken
or from a rotisserie chicken
Grated carrots
Broccoli florets
Sesame walnut sauce
Sesame seeds
Instructions
Place the sauce ingredients in a blend and blend until smooth.
Layer bowls with the ingredients in the order listed.
Eat and enjoy!
Notes
Recipe for sauce will be enough for about 4 servings.
