Ingredients
Peanut Glory Bowl Dressing
½cupcanola oil
¼cupwater
2tbsp+ 2 tsp sesame oil
2tbsp+ 2 tsp nutritional yeast flakes
2tbsp+ 2 tsp soy sauce
2tbsp+ 2 tsp apple cider vinegar
2tbsp+ 2 tsp peanut butter
1clovegarlic
For Each bowl:
½cupthinly sliced red cabbage
½cupfresh spinach
⅓cupcooked barleyor quinoa, couscous, or other grain
⅓cupedamame beans
⅓cupmango chunks
¼cupjulienned carrots
¼cuproasted and salted peanuts
¼cupdressing
1tbspchopped fresh basil*optional
Instructions
To make the dressing, add all the ingredients to a blender. Start on low and then slowly dial it up to high speed. Blend until smooth.
To make the bowls, add each ingredient to a bowl and top with 1/4 cup of the dressing.
