Whisk together the dressing ingredients.
Layer the following in each of 4 (1 litre) mason jars
1/3 cup chicken
2 tbsp +1 tsp dressing
1/3 cup black beans
1/4 cup corn
1 small tomato, diced
Fill with torn romaine leaves.
