A crisp and refreshing high protein smoothie.
Ingredients

generous cup frozen strawberries

fresh watermelon chunks
1/2
cup
pasteurized liquid egg whites

lime juice
Instructions
Place all ingredients in blender. Start on low then turn up to high until well blended.
