Ingredients
3 tbsp chia seeds
2cupsalmond flour
1/2 cupdried blueberries
1/4cupmonk fruit/erythritol blend OR 2 tbsp white sugar
1/2tspbaking soda
1/4tspsalt
1/4cupwater
1tbsp apple cider vinegar
Instructions
Preheat oven to 350 degrees Fahrenheit.
Grind the chia seeds in a coffee grinder until powdery.
Mix all the ingredients together.
Line a loaf pan with parchment paper and press the mixture in as evenly as possible.
