Ingredients
½cupcanola or olive oil
¼cupwater
¼cupchopped cashews or hemp hearts
1/4cupmayonnaise
¼cupparmesan cheese
2tbsp nutritional yeast
2tbsplemon juice
½tspsalt
⅛tspblack pepper
3clovesgarlic
Instructions
Place all ingredients in blender.
Start on low then turn up to high.
Blend for 30 seconds.
Pour into a sealable container (a mason jar works well!) and keep in fridge. Will keep for up to a week in the fridge.
