This Canadian prairie lentil granola bakes oats, dried lentils, sunflower seeds, hemp hearts, flax, and dried blueberries into a crunchy, nutritious granola that is lower in sugar than most store-bought versions. The lentils add protein, fiber, and iron in a way that completely disappears into the texture.
