This sweet curry hummus blends chickpeas, tahini, date paste, and curry powder for a smooth, mildly sweet dip that puts a unique twist on the classic. Ready in 10 minutes in a blender, it works for vegetables, pita, or as a sauce over grain bowls.

drained and rinsed or 3 cups
cooked chickpeas

canola or olive oil

water

garlic

Instructions
Place all ingredients in blender or food processor.
Start on low then turn to high speed. Blend or process until smooth.
Transfer to a sealable container and store in the fridge.
