If you have an hour or two on the weekend to take some time to prep parts of your meals, then you can get dinner on the table so much faster during the week! Here are some meal prep ideas:
Hawaiian Farmer Sausage: As this is a freezer meal, the instructions for preparing all the ingredients can be found on the recipe page.
1. Chop your veggies
Chop your veggies and then place each meal’s worth of veggies in a ziploc bag.
Peach Chutney Samosa Stew: Dice the onions. Grate the carrots. Prepare the peach puree.
Turkey Quinoa Chili: Dice the onion and red pepper.
Smoky Corn Chowder: Dice the onions and slice the celery.
2. Prepare your sauces
Make the chickpea puree for the Smoky Corn Chowder.
3. Prepare your protein
Turkey Quinoa Chili: Cook the black beans (unless you are using beans from a can).
Smoky Corn Chowder: Prepare the bacon.
