If you have an hour or two on the weekend to take some time to prep parts of your meals, then you can get dinner on the table so much faster during the week! Here are some meal prep ideas:
1. Chop your veggies
Chop your veggies and then place each meal’s worth of veggies in a ziploc bag.
Broccoli Cheddar Mac n Cheese: Chop the broccoli.
Sesame Chicken Rice Bowl: Grate the carrots and chop the broccoli.
Sheet Pan Chicken Fajitas: Slice the bell peppers and the onion into strips.
Mexican Stuffed Baked Potatoes: Bake the potatoes and defrost the corn.
2. Prepare your dressings
Broccoli Cheddar Mac n Cheese: Make the sauce.
Sesame Chicken Rice Bowl: Make the walnut sauce.
Sheet Pan Chicken Fajitas: Prepare the fajita oil.
3. Prepare your protein
