If you have an hour or two on the weekend to take some time to prep parts of your meals, then you can get dinner on the table so much faster during the week! Here are some meal prep ideas:
1. Chop your veggies
Chop your veggies and then place each meal’s worth of veggies in a ziploc bag.
Buffalo Chicken Noodle Bowl: Chop the cauliflower and celery. Shred the carrots.
Mediterranean Lentils and Quinoa: Chop the onion.
Sheet Pan Dinner with Pork and Dried Plums: Cut the red onion, cauliflower, and prunes.
Quinoa Stuffed Pizza Peppers: Chop the mushrooms and onion. Pop the stems off the bell peppers and cut in half lengthwise. Remove the seeds.
2. Prepare your sauces
Prepare the sauce for the Buffalo Chicken Noodle Bowl and the Sheet Pan Dinner with Pork and Dried Plums.
3. Prepare your protein
Grill and slice the chicken breasts for the Buffalo Chicken Noodle Bowl. Cut the pork tenderloin into 4 steaks. Cut the pepperoni (Quinoa Stuffed Pizza Peppers).
