If you have an hour or two on the weekend to take some time to prep parts of your meals, then you can get dinner on the table so much faster during the week! Here are some meal prep ideas:
1. Chop your veggies
Chop your veggies and then place each meal’s worth of veggies in a ziploc bag.
Sheet Pan Pineapple Chicken Tacos with Cilantro Slaw: Mince the garlic, chop the jalapeno, and shred the cabbage.
Easy Chana Masala: Chop the onion and chilis. Mince the garlic.
Chicken Kale Soup with Sweet Potato: Chop the onion, celery, sweet potato, and kale. Mince the garlic.
2. Prepare your sauces
Make the cilantro slaw and the romesco sauce.
3. Prepare your protein
Dice the chicken or turkey and place in a sealed container in the fridge.
