This Week’s Lineup!

If you have an hour or two on the weekend to take some time to prep parts of your meals, then you can get dinner on the table so much faster during the week! Here are some meal prep ideas:

1. Chop your veggies

Chop your veggies and then place each meal’s worth of veggies in a ziploc bag.

Shrimp Stir Fry: Chop the celery, zucchini, mushrooms, and bell pepper.

Peanut Chicken Noodle Bowl: Chop the red pepper. Slice the mushrooms, zucchini, and red onion.

Creamy Roasted Tomato Farfalle: Dice the onion.

Sloppy Giovanni’s: Chop the onion and celery. Dice the red pepper and slice the red onion.

2. Prepare your dressings

Make the sauce for the Shrimp Stir Fry.

Happy meal prepping!

2 Ingredient Stir-Fry Sauce
It may be the easiest stir-fry in the sauce in the world but there’s no compromise on flavour!

Make Shrimp Stir Fry using the ingredients below and the recipe for sauce in the post above.

Shrimp Stir Fry: 

  • 300-500g raw shrimp
  • Veggies: celery, zucchini, 224g mushrooms, 1 bell pepper, 4 garlic cloves, minced
  • 1 package raman noodles (cook the noodles and discard the flavour packet)

A sweet and salty peanut stir fry, loaded with veggies and protein.
