If you have an hour or two on the weekend to take some time to prep parts of your meals, then you can get dinner on the table so much faster during the week! Here are some meal prep ideas:
1. Chop your veggies
Chop your veggies and then place each meal’s worth of veggies in a ziploc bag.
Instant Pot: Korean Beef: Chop the onion, shred the carrots, and slice the apple and green onions.
Creamy Tuna Noodle Casserole: Chop the onion.
Apple Bacon Arugula Salad: Chop the lettuce. Slice the celery and the green onion. Dice the apples, and them place in the bowl with the lemon juice (see step 3).
Creamy Roasted Tomato Farfalle: Dice the onion.
2. Prepare your sauces
Prepare the sauce for the Creamy Tuna Noodle Casserole. Prepare the lemon vinaigrette for the Apple Bacon Arugula Salad.
3. Prepare your protein
Prepare the bacon.
